Pot of creamy raw honey boosted with Turkey Tail - Forest

This unpasteurized, lightly filtered honey has the same flavor profile as creamed honey without the presence of Turkey tail. The extraction of active compounds is carried out by FNG with whom we collaborate on several research projects. Churning honey is a process lasting more than 80 hours which allows us to preserve all the properties of honey. Indeed, churning too quickly would result in too high a temperature and thus a loss in taste and apitherapeutic terms. We incorporate Turkey tail during this process ensuring dissolution of the active compounds throughout the honey.
