Churning honey is a process lasting more than 80 hours which allows us to preserve all the properties of honey. Indeed, churning too quickly would result in too high a temperature and thus a loss in taste and apitherapeutic terms. This creamy raw honey will surprise you with its unique taste and airy texture.
