Each Nucleus is composed of:
- 1 fertilized Quebec queen of the year (accepted)
- 2 frames of variable stage brood
- 1 reserve frame (honey and pollen)
- 1 frame built but empty
- 3.5 to 4 frames of bees
- Cardboard or plastic transport box
- Supplemented with Cubee , our myco-supplement

In the event of a delay due to late spring or excessive winter losses, Flavo will contact you and a refund will be possible if the delay causes inconvenience!

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and replacement queens within 14 days of receiving the colony. No refunds will be given after this period.

TIPS AND QUESTIONS

We offer a 10-minute call within 14 days of receiving the colony, and we will also answer any questions on harvest day. However, this is not a beekeeping COURSE. As mentioned, we sell colonies assuming you have the knowledge to ensure their survival. We cannot answer everyone's questions throughout the season.

We ask that you respect our privacy and only call between 10am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Any disrespect or excessive calls will not be tolerated!
