Liquid raw honey jar - Ascot Corner - Forest

This unpasteurized and lightly filtered honey has a surprising complexity on the palate! It comes from a habitat dominated by various species of conifers and an abundance of wildflowers.

*Honey may crystallize. In case you want it to return to its liquid form, you can simply reheat the jar of honey in a bain-marie without exceeding 40˚C. Beyond this temperature, it will lose its taste and medicinal properties.
