Pot of liquid raw honey - Estrie - Forest

This unpasteurized, lightly filtered honey has a surprising complexity on the palate! It comes from a habitat dominated by various conifer species and an abundance of wildflowers.

* Honey can crystallize. If you want it to return to its liquid form, you can simply heat the jar of honey in a bain-marie, but do not exceed 40°C. Above this temperature, it will lose its flavor and medicinal properties.

* Honey may contain particles of wax and/or pollen.
