This unpasteurized and lightly filtered honey has a moderately intense taste and hints of acidity. Its taste complexity is moderate with a low sensation of sugar. This honey comes from forest environments dominated by wild flowers and several small fruit shrubs (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries). An exceptional and isolated habitat with little human activity.

It is perfect for your lunches or in your marinades.

* Honey can crystallize. In case you want it to return to its liquid form, you can simply warm the jar of honey in a bain-marie without exceeding 40˚. Beyond this temperature, it will lose its taste and medicinal properties.

* Honey may contain particles of wax and/or pollen.
