This unpasteurized and lightly filtered honey has a taste of moderate intensity and hints of acidity. You can find notes of maple and goldenrod in the appetizer. Its taste complexity is moderate with a low sugar sensation. This honey comes from a maple grove of more than 140 acres dominated by wildflowers and several small fruit shrubs (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries). An exceptional and isolated habitat with little presence of human activity.

* Honey can crystallize. In case you want it to return to its liquid form, you can simply warm the jar of honey in a bain-marie without exceeding 40˚. Beyond this temperature, it will lose taste and medicinal properties.
