This unpasteurized and lightly filtered honey has a light and floral taste. We can find notes of mint and lemon in the mouth. Its taste complexity is low with a low sensation of sugar. This honey comes from an agricultural habitat dominated by wild flowers (white clover, cuckoo flower lychnid, goldenrod, etc.) and bordered by a forest environment dominated by maples and poplars. The health of the bees on these sites is exceptional, which is explained, among other things, by no use of pesticides and the eco-responsible practices practiced on these farms.
It is perfect for your vinaigrettes, marinades or simply on fresh fruit.
* Honey can crystallize. In case you want it to return to its liquid form, you can simply warm the jar of honey in a bain-marie without exceeding 40˚. Beyond this temperature, it will lose its taste and medicinal properties.
* Honey may contain particles of wax and/or pollen.
Origin: Magog in Estrie.
